A word from the designer

Born in Normandy, adopted by Brittany, it was when I arrived in Marrakech 5 years ago that I decided to create "La Beldi " It was at the end of a long initiatory journey during which I discovered the world of leather, tanning methods (which will encourage me to orient myself towards natural vegetable tanning), history and stages from the development of a bag that I was able to devise my very first collection… I invest myself fully in each stage of the conception of my bags, drawing, choosing the leathers and linings, cutting, assembling, working on the seams, the finish, fulfillment of prototypes, and finally, the "La Beldi" spirit, completion of my creations . It is here in Marrakech that I draw my inspiration, as well as from the history and culture of many other countries.

• - The "bucket bag" finds its inspiration in ancient sculptures.
• - The little "Jules bag" is an interpretation of Japanese bags worn on the wrist.

My creations are always the result of an intuition, a heart-stopper, all are made by craftsmen from Marrakech in a spirit of partnership imbued with tradition, respect and fairness, the spirit "La Beldi"
